Joseph Campbell of Cumberland has been a McKee Brothers oil customer for six years. He is also owner of a vintage 30-year-old bolier, so he really appreciates the benefits of having one of our service plans.
"I have always been very satisfied with the work McKee brothers service technicians do," says Joseph. I know that the service plan has really saved me a bunch of money on repairs, just on that bolier alone."
In addition, Joseph recently had to have his draft regulator replaced. There hasn't been a problem with it since. "Over the years I have also had repairs done on some broken zone valve wires," he says.
Joseph is more than satisfied with the quality of service he receives from us. "Every time I call McKee Brothers, they come right over, " he says. "I can't remember ever having a problem they couldn't fix. They've always come through for me."

Occasionally the opportunity presents itself to write a complimentary letter about services rendered. Upon calling for service yesterday for one of my commercial tenants I was extremely pleased with the promptness that you service department took care of the matter. Please relay my appreciation to George and Don, and also to Joe for a previous problem at my residence.
I am writing this letter to say thanks for a job well done by your staff. I would like to single out one person that went above and beyond in providing customer satisfaction. That person was your service manager. He was in constant contact with me from the beginning of the job to the very end making sure that I was satisfied.

We would like to extend our greatest appreciation to the employees of this fine company. On Thursday November 27, 2003 ( Thanksgiving Day) we were about to depart on a three hour journey to our Thanksgiving vacation destination when we received the call. Just as we were about to head out, our tenant called to tell us her boiler was not working. At this point we could only think that our trip was not going to happen. How could we possibly leave town …. We made the call to McKee Bros. And we were assured by your friendly staff that a serviceman would return our call. Without delay we received a call…Our vacation was saved.
If it were not for the prompt and courteous response from all involved our vacation and our tenants meal would have been disastrous. In addition, this is not the first time we called for emergency service. The first call was met with the same prompt and courteous attention as well.
